A 2-hour workshop for anyone feeling caught in the pace of everyday life, mentally busy, stressed, emotionally stretched or wanting to find a steadier way of responding to what life brings.
Drawing from mindfulness, contemporary psychotherapy and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Niveen will introduce practical ways of understanding our thoughts, emotions, behaviours and automatic patterns, and how we can begin relating to them differently.
Through guided mindfulness and meditation, gentle reflection and practical exercises, we’ll explore how to recognise when we’re operating on autopilot, work with emotional reactivity and create greater space between what we experience and how we respond.
